Does anything make a guy look like a dandy more than him walking down the street having a loud, self-absorbed telephone conversation? I mean, you might as well just put a fur coat on and get it over with if you're one of those guys Real men rarely, if ever, use cellphones. Only the most overtly metrosexual guys use cellphones heavily...the rest of us know better.
