Interview

Well, it’s been months since anyone liked the resume enough to call. I gushed all over them about what a fine company they were and how I thought it would be a good match. The corporate human resource person asked if I was available for an interview the next day and I said yes, a little too quickly. I always say yes too quickly, for all I know they’ve checked the box under “Desperate will take several thousand less in salary.
