I've been reviewing different sites lately. I like writing reviews, and have started to write more. life insurance policies for as low as $1?

Life insurance is one of the funadmentals. They say that diamonds speak of love, but I often wonder what comfort a diamond brings a widow. Maybe I looka at the world through a different colored lens.

We learned this year that getting insurance early in life is important. My husband was diagnosed with diabetis. It would be impossible to get affordable life insurance for him now.

I just worry when I look at sites offering life insurance policies for a low price that they explain to people how much money they need.

I wrote an article for a financial magazine. They extimate that the average family needs $300 - $500 000

-Pay off the house
-Pay death taxes
-Pay children's education
-Living expenses for 6 months - 1 year of greiving
-Pay off all outstanding debts
-Make sure the family has money to pay for assitance: house cleaning, taxies, tutors, laundry, house repairs...
-Does the family have a good vehicle?
-Any pending house repairs needed?

All these things need to be covered in life insurance policies, especially for a family who has been left - especially in a one income family.
