Injustice in our Justice system

Courts | crime | family | government | life | Molestation | murder | politics | rape | sex crime

It’s almost 12 a.m. on a Wednesday night here in Michigan. The air has a cool breeze, the sky is clear, the house is quiet and serene. I’m sitting here at my desk, which is where I’ve been since I walked in the door two hours ago. Not writing, not editing, no research, simply deep in my thoughts.
There are a number of things that are parading through my head, but I feel compelled to only comment on one. The one that is the dominant force in the cerebral cortex of this brain.
Our great justice system! Wait! Our great governed systems! That’s right.
Government agencies, just all the folks that are suppose to be here to serve and protect us, as citizens. They’re all full of crap. Organizations made simply to add more taxes to each of us, take more lives, and steal all hope from the victims of their treachery.
I’m amazed. Truly amazed.
Tell me how does a man, arrested and arraigned for the murder of another young man end up walking out the courtroom as I sat their in utter dismay. I’d sat through a trial, where it was EVIDENT that violations of the law had taken place, and although it was agreed that this young man acted out of fear for his life. Testimony proved that he too was involved in the shoot out on the western front. Witnesses described the scene. Shots flying, children out doors, 5 men shooting at one another in broad daylight. One man is hit, in an artery in his neck, and he dies right there in the center of the street. He dies. One of the men firing those shots was arrested and tried. A felon. A known criminal. Carrying a gun he should not have been carrying. Putting the lives of many innocent people at risk. And because the prosecution could not prove it was first degree murder, he walked out that courtroom a free man, having killed and participated in a shootout.
This is our justice system people.
Let’s take a child, who was raped by her father, not once, but twice at age 9 and 10. Out of fear, she didn’t expose the situation as most victims don’t right away, or sometimes never. Instead she holds it in for a few years and thus destroying her esteem, her mental state, her life. She finally decides after constant discussion to reveal this heinous act, and our justice system kicks in. The defendant request a trial by jury. Jury! This young girl sits on the stand and reveals some of the most upsetting acts that you could possibly imagine that a man could do to a child he helped to conceive. Tears falling rapidly, upset stomach before she has to testify. Choked up, barely able to maintain as she describes the activities that took place in her life. Witness after witness come up and tells this jury of their knowledge. Officers of the law, child advocates, etc.
All this, and Trial number one. Hung jury! Trial number two, not guilty to 3 counts and hung jury on two. All of which were the same act. So my question, if you’re undecided on two counts that are exactly the same as the others, just on another occasion, how can he be not guilty on the others. If there is a possibility in your mind that this man could have partaken in this devastating act, so much so that leaves you hung. How can you not believe or agree that he could have possibly done the same on the different occasion.

Our justice system. And again, he walks. He walks and EVERYONE in that court room, those that had been at the first trial, officers of the court, and even the judge saw his guilt. The entire room sank, as that jury sat there and let a child predator back out on the streets.
Where is the justice?
I’m so outdone. I’m somewhat speechless at US. WE, as a people. We free the guilty, and lock up the innocent. We beat up on the participating dad, but neglect the dad who just doesn’t give a damn. We cater to the woman with welfare that creates the profession of baby making, but turn away the one that has worked her entire life, fell on hard times, and simply needs a little help until she can get back on her feet. NO! We can’t help you really, we’ll give you little bit of money, not enough to even cover your rent. We’ll give an EBT bridge card, so you can feed the kids. We’ll give each kid medical insurance with some screwed up unknown HMO. All you have to do is give us your child support, and any other money that you may make must be reported so we can reduce that already small amount we first offered. And you’ll have to attend a school or something to learn resume writing and interview techniques everyday.
Oh…I know you’ve been in the professional field for many years. No. you’ve never utilized our services. So what, you’ve trained people on resumes yourself, and you’ve been the interviewer. That doesn’t matter, because if you don’t show. You run the risk of being denied, or cut off. But wait……don’t forget to take all these forms and pass them around to people so every associate you have can know that you’re on welfare. And you know what, I understand that your rent is due, and you fear eviction, but by law, I have 45 days to make a decision. One minute, now did I tell you that you will be forced to sue your child’s father for child support, even if he’s been in their life consistently doing what a father should do. I don’t care, we want our money back. You know that couple hundred that can’t pay your rent let alone anything else.
You find yourself at odds with the government, because you’ve paid into this system your entire adult life. Never once utilizing it. And the moment you find yourself in need. They degrade you, as if you’re a low life. They invade your privacy, steal your dignity, and leave you feeling like crap.

This is our system, JUSTINKS, NOBODIES FRIEND OF THE COURT, AND OUR NATIONS FAMILY SCREW YOU INDEPENDLY AGENCY.

I could go on forever of the number of stories I’ve heard involving these three entities. I can add another as well. Social Security Administration, we can not forget them.
I just can’t do it tonight. I only wanted to share with all my friends here at my space, REALITY!!!!!
Reality for a lot of people today. More than you could possibly know. What can we do?
I don’t have the answer for that. But I know how I’ll start. I’ll start by sharing some of these stories with anyone who will listen. Not fiction, not my opinion, but real life stories of how our great nations various systems, created to help us, ultimately destroys us in some form or another.

Where do we turn? Where do our children turn? We attack the character of some of our children. We assist in the continuous breeding of babies that are forced to raise themselves. We free the predators, and lock up the father figures. We take most of our men away in caged wagons for years then toss them back out to society, and say NOW LIVE right. How the hell is he suppose to that. You stole every opportunity he had, and instead of rehabilitating him, you confined him, hardened him and then sent him back into the world to try and cope. We don’t do anything to provide parenting assistance for these wayward kids, but were so quick to complain about the element of the child today.
I could go on forever, but I’ll stop there and leave you with this thought…..

Who are the future leaders of this country. The very ones that you neglect, fail to protect, and deny help to. These are the leaders of tomorrow. Scary!

Because all they have to see, and base their knowledge on, is the murderer who went free, the daddy who raped me, the mother who gave up because she just couldn’t get any help. The times they were homeless, the hungry nights. The lack of love, and hugs. The lack of education. (No child left behind……Right), the 12 year old mom, the 30 year old woman with 8 kids by different dads. The man who plants his seed where ever he goes, never to return. The struggling mother. All the tears, the heartache, the pain..
Imagine that child in that environment becoming that man or woman that takes on the role of leader to this great country of ours.

Justice isn't Blind

It is amazing that some people get 40 or 50 years for robbery with no chance of parole and others get 25 with parole after 7 years served for murder. Justice isn't blind....especially color blind......the entire system needs to be cleaned up and overhauled........You are absolutely right about abuses in the system.......it seems like career criminals are the only ones who seem to get a break!
