If you’re having a wedding and you’re trying to save money, you can use folding chairs at the reception and give them a decorative cover. It doesn’t really take that much to cover them and make them blend in with the decorations of the hall or whatever venue you hold the reception at. You can simply get a large piece of fabric and drape it over the chair. Then, take a wide strip of the same fabric or a matching colored fabric and tie the excess back so it fits on the chair nicely. For an added touch, you can even tie the wide strip of fabric in a bow in the back. You can even go a few steps further and use shimmering fabric or something else that will give your reception that added little touch without all of the expense.
