I will give you a simple biryani rice recipe. Try this.
Methi Biryani:
Rice - 2 cups
Water - 4 cups
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Dry Methi Powder - 1 tablespoon
Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - few
Heat oil and ghee in a rice cooker and put jeera, methi powder and curry leaves. After they splitter, add washed and drained rice to it and fry for 2 minutes. Then pour water and cook the rice upto 3 whistles. Your mouth watery Methi Biryani is ready. You can eat it even without any gravy or curry.
