If this very moment our creator God abandons discipline the whole universe will collapse in minutes. Drop the rod of discipline I school and more than half the students from the classes will disappear to loaf with friends. Without discipline the whole network of every field in the world will bring our life to a standstill. Even the most powerful army in the world will lose war without disciplined action.

Therefore the value of discipline can't be undermined in any way. Similarly if parents want good career for their children they need to impose a certain degree of discipline on them.

Now the question is can a rod of strict discipline improve a stubborn child? To a certain extent. Without discipline the career of the child may go haywire. But only discipline will not solve the problem of such a child.

You must talk to the child and understand his psychology. Find out the reasons behind his stubbornness. Try your best to solve the problem he is facing. Give him love and care.
