Illegal Wiretapping Is Now Legal?

Did I miss something? I thought that the Democrats got pushed into a position of leadership because of all this bad stuff Bush did that was seemingly illegal or stupid. Did I just hear right that Congress has decided to extend this "illegal" wiretapping thing that Bush was doing on the sly, making it an official act?

I mean, what happened? Did I walk into an episode of The Invaders? Did people start falling asleep and wake up as someone else, like Invasion of the Body Snatchers?

So much for privacy, and so much for the so-called two party system; so much for effective government. They're all in this together; I need a new hobby.

This is why I wont vote for Hilary any more than I will vote for Bush. There no longer is ANY choice...it's all about money, greed, power and insulting the very honest, great people I call Americans! Where are all the REAL people? I will tell you where they are NOT...they sure as hell aren't in the White House. And they are not in any way related to politics...I tell you we need a non political billionaire...not Ross Perot...nope, we need OPRAH!!

I hate to scare you, Sassys,...

but, though I love Oprah, I think she's probably way more conservative than most people think she is. The oddest thing you'll probably see me write here is that the one person who'd probably end up doing things we'd like to see, for the most part, is the one guy who's not allowed to run for office, that being Der Governator. For, even though he's a Republican, he's proven thus far to be fairly friendly to some democratic causes.
