I would like to take the time to wish you all here at Blogger Party, especially my good friends, a merry blogging Christmas and a very happy writing New Year.

Not quite Christmas, but I'm sure that everybody is becoming part of that stressed out section of western society at this time of year. It has become just part of society these days.

Once the pre-Christmas work is done, and the day arrives and the work to prepare Christmas dinner is over, and everybody can sit down and enjoy themselves - the real spirit of Christmas can be realised.

The children, and the big children, down our way anyway, have already opened their presents and expressed their delight.

In our family still, the children, now adults, and our eleven grandchildren this year, all arrive for Christmas dinner by noon
and its been served by 1pm and all hands on deck to deal with it.

Grandma and Granddad move out and let the younger brigade tidy and clean up.
