I Wanted My Dog to Run Away

Before I purchased my beautiful, AKC full-bred, furry canine, I did some thorough investigative research (or so I thought). I read everything I could get my hands on about the type of breed that would be most suitable for myself and my family. I wanted a dog that didn't have a lot of genetic health issues or temperament problems. I crunched all the research results and came up with the "perfect" companion that would truly compliment our family. I received the phone call reporting the birth of my little bundle of joy. Little did I know that eight weeks later would be the beginning of a hell on earth I had never known existed. Was there a light at the end of the chamber of horrors....
