I Missed My Diet Deadline

I had had big plans to go on a diet before Christmas. Since I've been here I've been eating out a lot and I've gained a few pounds (well, more than a few). I've put the exercise bike where I can use it, got the stepper out, pumped the tyres on my bike - and ignored the lot, so a diet seemed a good idea.

The trouble is, I haven't done anything about it and Christmas is round the corner. I love Christmas, but it's also the time when I gain five pounds - Christmas cake and mince pies take a toll.

So in the new year, I'm going to have to do a diet comparison and work out which is the best diet for me. I've tried low fat and low GI and low carb, and they've all worked up to a point. Maybe what I really need is an injection of willpower.

I'm always promoting it here, but that's because I really believe it. There's a completely free service I use that helps you with your diet. It is adaptable to any other diet plan you are on, and there are calorie counters, meal plans, fitness plans, and many other tools. Feel free to try it, because like I said, there's no cost. I noticed my own weight really dropped when I started using it.
