I found a service today at http://www.offices2share.com that allows you to rent short-term, ready-to-use office space. And because the building has been sitting empty for so long, I am probably going to list it later today.

With any other renter, they always want to know whether we pay for part of their build-out, which means that we pay to convert it to suit their needs. The problem is, we don't. We spent so much money getting the restaurant open and putting in an AC unit that we cannot pay another few grand for someone else. But with an office space, all they need are desks and chairs, and whatever equipment they need. The space itself is ready.
