It is a joy when an author gets great reviews on their articles or stories. It makes them feel a sense of pride and accomplishment in what they have done. If you are an author and your reviews aren't so great, instead of being angry you should learn from your mistakes. Learning from what you have written and what the thoughts of the reader's were will help you in writing better articles and stories.
When you are reading someone else's work, you see all the wrong that is in it. Think about what all they would be looking at when they are reading your own work and what might they say about what you have written. You should read over your work as many times as possible to check for misspelling's or wrong punctuation. You should also check to see if your work will stand out.

The format can be a very crucial part of your story. The format is the way that things are written. The story should be easy for your reader's to read and understand. You shouldn't use words that are so difficult that even a four year college student has trouble understanding. You want everyone to be able to read it and understand what is going on.

Make sure that there is a line break between paragraphs. A line break will make it easier for the readers to read you story without straining their eyes or losing focus. A lot of us tend to have run on sentences or instead of starting a new paragraph for a new idea, we sometimes keep the same paragraph going. When we do this it causes the readers to lose interest in what we are writing.

The plot of a story is like the main event. The plot is what you want the viewers to remember about the story. It is the main focus. The title should pop out to the readers and make them interested in reading what you have to say. The opening paragraph also helps with the plot. The opening paragraph should catch the readers attention and make them want to keep reading. The plot should suggest an emotion and should be unique. It should make the reader want to read even more of the story.

The setting shows the reader where and when an event took place. The setting should be adequately shown. The reader should be able to picture what is going on and the description should be put to where the reader will be able to imagine what is going on inside of the story.

You article or story should be made to where the reader will want to recommend it to others. When the reader recommends it to others it not only receives more views but will also help to put your name out in the open. Once your name is out there, people are more opt to recognize your work and want to read more of what you have written.

Once you develop an audience, you are more certain to get better reviews and in return a better pay for the work that you have created.
