Staying motivated to work out can be distant from reality , and can even be a difficult task to accomplish especially when one is not disciplined. Remember that excercising and texas holdem poker have one thing in common , what is that you might be asking? Well the answer is consistancy and patience... you will not be successfull on getting good results if you do not understand what consistancy is and learn how to be patient if you play poker , well the same thing goes with working out. Remember , thinking about working out won't help ... you must fully submit yourself to it and keep it a habit. Action creates progress , and a good technique to help you stay motivated is to help others become motivated to work out. Ask your friends to work out with you , or explain to them how to get into exercising whether its cardio or weightlifting , or both. Remember , if you surroudn yourself with people that like to work out , they are more likely to motivate you into working out. Make sure your friends are consistant and in return they will make sure you are as well once you get into the habit.
