Check freelance jobs in job websites. Craiglist, monsters, Jobstreet and Jobsdb sometimes post working opportunities in their database. Some companies who want their workers to work from home, such as those who need writers or customer service representatives post job opportunities in these websites.

Look for freelance jobs in blogs. There are people who have blogged their experiences searching for freelance jobs. Most of these bloggers give first hand information on web addresses of freelance companies. Some of them even comment on the viability of receiving payments or whether a company is a scam or not. An example of these blogs on the freelance jobs and earning opportunities category is Jobzonline.co.nr. It has a list of links and web addresses of legitimate and legitimate freelance job opportunities.

Participate in forums. Forums are good repository of feedbacks and information on work at home opportunities. You might be able to get a picture of how companies pay and give working assignments. Most importantly, you can check the background of freelance companies by checking what others have to say about it.
