Everyone will die sometime, including you. Often when you die before you are ready, it can create a lot of inconvenience. But even if you die after a very long and full life, you still may want to come back for more life on Earth. The good news is, anyone can return from the dead, with a little effort and the right approach.

Those who return from the dead successfully do their homework and make preparations long before they die. First, you have to accept the fact that you can return from the dead. You have the believe it. If your belief system is such that you don't believe it is possible to return from the dead, you will never be able to return. So what you should start doing right now is altering your belief system. You must become utterly and totally convinced that you can return from the dead. Daily meditation can be helpful. At least 30 minutes per day, sit down in quiet meditation and contemplate this phrase: "I can return from the dead, and I can do so easily." Say this phrase over and over to your self until you believe it. You will believe it, eventually.

If you have done your preparation and formed a new belief system that allows you to believe in a return from the dead, you will be in great shape even if you die suddenly and unexpectedly. If you die suddenly and without warning -- don't panic. Your consciousness will be stored in the Universal Matrix of Pure Intelligence. That mental image that was "you" when you were still alive will be more or less the same -- the only difference now is that your personal mental identity has become disembodied, and is sort of floating free in the Universe.

After you die, be it suddenly, or in a slow and expected way, you will be delighted that your mind did not die. The most important thing is to not become confused by your new after death environment. The after death environment is very much like the dream world. At first, you may think you are dreaming. But soon, you will realize that the strange dream you are having never seems to end. You never wake up. That's how you can recognize that you are dead. Realizing you are dead is an important first step in coming back to the world of the living.

Now that you realize that you are dead, you can start doing something about coming back to life. Notice that you are already alive, but don't have a physical body. One of the best ways to get back into a physical body is to download your consciousness into a new fetus. Don't worry, this is easy. As a free and floating "mind" in the Universe, you must start forming the idea of a fetus in your mind. Like in the dream world, when you think of something, it generally automatically appears before you. For example, in a dream, if you think "apple" very often an apple will materialize in your dream. Sometimes it can be tricky, though. For example, that "apple" you think of my be interpreted as an "Apple Computer." So be specific when you visualize what you want to in your dead state -- in this case, you want a new fetus to act as host to your mind.

You will be delighted to find that by concentrating on the concept of a fetus, one, or even many will appear within your field of vision, or within your consciousness. Important note: These will be real fetuses ready for you to install your existing mind within. Remember, being dead is not the same as dreaming. When you are dead, and when you think "fetus" you will be shown a new, real fetus.

Choose your fetus carefully. Look for a healthy fetus that has an excellent chance of gestating successfully and coming to term fully through pregnancy. Downloading your mind into the fetus is a snap. All you have to do is visualize a glowing, golden tube. Visualize the tube as entering the brain of your fetus, and then visualize yourself plunging through the golden tube and entering the fetus. With some practice, you should easily be able to download your mind into your new, future body.

Now that you are freshly installed in your new "host vehicle" you must wait to be born. This can be a pleasant time because you don't to do any real work. Your host mother will eat for you and drink for you and supply all the nutrition you through an umbilical cord. The most important thing is to keep your mind sharp and order. Don't forget your identity. Remind yourself about what your name is, for example, and keep going over the past events of your life. Memorize! You want to enter life again with your very same mind and personality, and all of your skills as well.

Get born. You may find the birthing process painful and scary, and quite messy. There will be a lot of blood and slime, for example, but keep your cool. You'l soon be a washed up and swaddled in a nice fresh blanket, ready to face your first new day in your new life! Congratulations! You have returned from the dead, and have a whole, wonderful life ahead of you!
