How to Pick a New Home

I know a lot of people have a problem with blogs about real estate - but they were never ripped off by an unscrupulous real estate agent. We have about $30 000 of upgrades - mainly because we didn't have a good website, and good 'big' real estate agency to work through. That is why I blog about sites such as Winter Park real estate.

People need to know they have an alternative to the small time real estate agents who have nothing to lose by leaving a trail of frustrated clients behind.

I will never buy a house again without taking a good hard look at the option, and I will never go with a small 'local' real estate agent again.
