Making a living online or earning extra cash is difficult if you are not a super fast typer or if you don’t have a website. This leads most people to one of the following: Signing up for Paid to Read Email programs, Getting money for Completing “Offers” or Taking Paid Surveys.
The key to making a descent amount of money off of taking paid surveys is quantity. Assuming the average survey is going to pay between $2 - $6 you will want to be able to take numerous surveys a day to be able to supplement your income this way. The problem with this idea is that most survey companies do not offer multiple surveys a day. If you have ever worked for a paid survey company before you probably have had the same experience as I have had, which is you get a few surveys a week, if that. However, if you do actually want to make good money this way you can, you just have to know how. The trick is to sign up for multiple companies so that way you really can take 3 or 4 surveys a day. If you mare able to take 4 a day and each survey pays $3.50 you will be able to make an additional $400 a month! That’s not bad, huh?

So here is a list of some totally free to join paid survey companies. I suggest signing up with all of them so you are able to take numerous surveys daily:

1. Panda Research
Panda Research is looking for people to participate in surveys and offers over the web. The type and amount of incentive vary from $5 - $35 or more and are based on the type and size of survey and offer, the respondent profile required by the contract. No fees at all. $100 Cash out trigger.

2. Survey Savvy
Survey Savvy pays a flat $2 per survey. The surveys are quick and easy. I highly recommend this program. Cash out any time! Click HERE to join

3. Greenfield Online-
Greenfield offers paid and non-paid surveys. The non-paid surveys give you sweepstakes entries. You have no obligation to participate in non-paid surveys. Pay ranges per paid survey. Expect to make about $4 each *if you qualify.

4. Survey Monster
No limit to how many surveys you can take in a day. They also have other programs that you can participate in like paid to read emails, etc. Many surveys here pay $10 each!

5. TikTikCash
This one is just like Survey Monster but it has more ways you can earn money, such as by playing games. As far as the survey part of it goes, each survey pays between .35 cents and $4.00. Surveys are really short. This one also has a $100 cash out trigger but after you have made your first $100 you can cash out at $50 every time. Payment made via Pay Pal. Earn about $2 for every person you refer. Plus you get a free $5 just for registering.

Toris Tips:
If you really want to make extra money by participating in paid surveys you need to consider the following:

1. Set aside a certain amount of time each day for taking them. I suggest spending one hour. You should be able to crank out 3-5 surveys in an hour. As mentioned above, if the surveys earn you an average of $3.50 a piece this means you will be able to make between $10.50 - $17.50 during that hour.

2. Don’t push yourself too hard. It’s very important to stick with it because you want to hit your different cash out triggers but don’t force yourself to spend endless hours taking surveys. Sometimes this kind of work can seem very repetitive and you will get burned out if you attempt to do too much.

3. Aim for short surveys even if they pay less because sometimes you will take a survey and find out ¾ of the way through that you don’t “qualify”. This is incredibly frustrating, especially if you just spent 45 minutes taking one.

4. Skim the questions. After you have been taking paid surveys for a while you will realize that all of them ask the same style of questions. For example, you may be asked questions like these:

“Have you or anyone in your household purchased a CD in the past 12 months?”

“Have you or anyone in your household purchased a DVD in the past 12 months?”

“Have you or anyone in your household purchased a VHS in the past 12 months?”

As you can see, all of the questions are the same with only a one word difference. So save yourself time by skimming the questions.

5. Many surveys will have a long list of items and it will ask you to check the products/brands that you buy frequently. If you are like me the odds are that you probably have purchased a majority of the list. However, for every box you select you will be prompted to answer additional questions about that particular item. So just pick 2 or 3 out of the list.

6. It’s very easy to get distracted from survey programs that offer “extras” such as SurveyMonster does with their paid to read email programs and so on. When you are taking surveys focus on surveys for your allotted amount of time. Surveys pay the best and you will be able to reach your cash out trigger the quickest by taking them.

7. Last, be sure to sign up for at least 3 different survey programs so you can guarantee that you will have surveys to take during your set aside time.
