how I LOST 30 pounds after my pregnancy! Well after I gave birth I of course lost weight instantly. Then I had to work at the rest. I ate 6 small portions of food throughout the day, mainly consisting of protein. I took a green tea pill 3 times a day too to help my metabolism. I didnt work out at all. Within a few months the pounds came off. I drank mostly water too.
