How I Began Eating Cheese Sandwiches

ZanyNenk's picture

It's all about the butter. I used to buy a small block of regular butter, which would lay in the freezer for months, occasionally being scraped for egg frying purposes. Even if I put it in the fridge, it would remain rock hard and impossible to spread on a piece of bread. I was beginning to feel desperate...

Until I discovered a new product, called the "butterine" or something, maybe you've heard of it. They mix it with flower seed oil and air bubbles (?) so that it becomes spreadable. And tasty. So now I spread some butterine on the bread, and then put on a piece of a yellow Holland cheese and cover it with another piece of bread... At least two times a day.
