Hi Everyone,
Just wanting to introduce myself ... I'm someone who has a lot of interest in and a fair amount of experience with yoga & qigong (Toaist yoga) and meditation. So am going to be writing mostly about these topics. I'm going to be starting by presenting a text called the Vijnanabhairava Tantra. This is a wonderful text from the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism, which offers 108 different yoga techniques. So for each of my posts (or most of them), for a while, I'll be presenting one of these techniques. Many of these take the form of "thought experiements" ~ ways of changing our thinking which can lead to greater freedom & clarity. Some are breathing practices. Some are more physical.
