haveing problems w/ google adsense

I have been trying to get a google adsense number. Twice now they have denied my because they say that my site is down.What do I do about this.?
Would apprecitate all advice and comments.

Problems with google adsense

Hi again
just seen your ad, I am not sure what google adsense means when they say your site is down. Try logging in to them again and go to their support and explain to them the trouble you are having, they should be able to help you.
