Have You Tried An Air Boat Ecotour?

I want to ride on an airboat. My husband can’t understand what would be so exciting about that, but to me it smacks of adventure without really being dangerous. Unless you tip over, of course. I wouldn’t want to meet an alligator face to face anytime. It would be nice to get a picture of an alligator a few feet away from your boat though.

I have been reading a lot about Orlando lately, and just may put it on the agenda for our next trip. If I were a bit richer than I am, I might even try renting a vacation home there next summer to give us time to take in, not only the air boat rides, but to do walking tours of the city, which I understand is a wonderful mix of new and old. Stately old southern mansions within driving distance of Disney World. Seems kind of weird, doesn’t it, but it seems to work for them as the tourist trade is fantastic in that area.

Maybe the summer vacation crowds will thin out by then, and we won’t have to wait in line forever to get into all these interesting sounding places.
