Halo 3 Record Release Week for Xbox

Halo 3Microsoft's best selling video game title had a record-setting release week as the Office Software turned Search Engine company now seeks to become even more of an Internet Entertainment delivery company.
As the other companies are buying online video channels and "Social Networking" Internet sites, Microsoft seeks to become an Entertainment producer and Internet distribution company.

In the early days of Microsoft's involvement with the Internet the plan was to have an online "Magazine," Slate available only to subscribers, but the writing about the latest in the arts and politics drew only a few thousand subscribers so after a short time it became a free Internet publication.

So after millions of Xbox sales and many hardware problems that caused the warranties to be extended from one to three years, Halo is Microsoft's hope as it seeks to be the Internets premiere entertainment provider, Click:
