Guess what.....
My son-in-law recently celebrated his 40th birthday and his mother gave him, amongst other things, this "corsage" to wear on his lapel on the night of his party.
I've seen his mother's handiwork before - she is quite a talented seamstress and makes some wonderful items, including these "corsages" for special occasions for folk in their home town.
I wonder if anyone can guess what the coloured items are in the corsage?

This is pretty creative for a mom to give her 40 year old son. I can see that he actually did wear it, thats funny. I like this.

Yes, I do know what they are
but many at the party did not. How they laughed when I told them. He is my son-in-law, married to my wonderful daughter, and father of two of my grandchildren. There's no message other than humour and love of a mother.
