Grad School & Plumbing

Over the years I've managed to do enough remodeling of my businesses to acquire a fair amount of know how when it comes to the hammers etc. Today two plumbers spent the morning installing a new toilet and after they left I went in to find a lopsided tank and a cracked base. Why does it take a graduate degree in finance to know that this will leak - it did within the hour - and to understand the concept of a smooth line of caulk(sp?) *&!#@*%^$?!!!!!
Tommorrow will bring another toilet, and enhanced calm. I will rework the caulk line once they leave. Thank God I'm only renting.
