GPS Becoming More Sophisticated

The new navigation systems are getting really sophisticated. Have you seen the new Ford SYNC system? You know the one that has the commercial with the two guys in the car saying, “Play artist Michael Bolton” and “Play artist Korn.”

Well not only can you run the stereo system with your voice, you can also control the GPS and your cell phone with your voice.

Have you ever been driving in a strange city and you’ve wanted to find a great Italian restaurant nearby? Simply talk to your GPS and it can inform you of one of the restaurants around. Have you ever gotten lost and couldn’t look up where you’re at on a map? Just tell your GPS where you want to go and it’ll give you turn-by-turn directions. Does it get much easier than that?

It makes you wonder what the car companies are going to think of next.
