So I have been looking around to get a loan/grant, either from the government or a bank to open a small business. Now I heard that you have to pay some kinda of fee to apply for a Government grant, but not for a bank loan.

However, there is no interest fees that are for a Government grant, but no fees to aplly for a bank loan.

What would you go for, a Government grant or a bank loan?And why?
