One of my sites got a 3. It has no paid posts, but I get a little bit in affiliate money. I'm kind of experimenting with that one to try some different things. One that I expected to go very high is still a 0. It's got an insane number of links to it, but they are all from spam sites, hoping to capitalize on my non-existent PR. I'm considering selling it, because A) it's not worth maintaining, B) it's a tough subject to maintain, and C) it *could* bring in a decent amount of money. The ones that have paid posts are permanently in the graveyard. Various others are still at 0, but they are fairly new.

My intention with the new blogs is to do paid posts but fewer of them and only those that pay well. I also plan to not make it as obvious for obvious reasons.

Have you tried SocialSpark yet? It's incredibly obvious, but it's pretty cool.

I'm doing different things with all my blogs. Some are for the paid posts, but I've got one that's basically a "fan site" of sorts. The possibility for affiliate sales is pretty high. Also, I'm one of a very small handful of people that have blogs dedicated to this, and I've had contact with several people who run the company. So, it's pretty cool. There's some potential to play there. It's my PR3 site.

I'm planning another site, but it's going to be probably a year before I launch. It needs some serious planning, and it could be difficult to pull off. But if it works, it's going to be big.

I don't like the system where you take a task at a price and then get put in a queue and when you eventually get accepted it is nowhere near the price that you expected when taking the task. One example was a 250 word blog for $27. When I finally got the thing I was only offered $5 so I didn't even bother taking it.

They aren't all that way. I've already caught a few errors here and there, and I'm sure there will be more.

The queue will almost have to disappear. I get the point of the "request a slot" but not the "wait for a slot". Either there are spaces open or there aren't.

I don't blame you for not taking that. That would irritate me too.

So far the two I went for both shafted me. I reckon I will give them a miss unless something really promising comes up.
