Where would you choose to do your writing? A sunny, warm place or somewhere that has a nice frost? Do you go for large, airy rooms or cramped writer's attics?

I thought about this when looking into Apex NC real estate. It looks like a great place to do some writing. It might help me to get my novel started. At the moment, I can just about see the sea. That's very good for boosting creativity.
