Georgia on My Mind

I wouldn’t mind living in Georgia. Our best friends live there and we stopped to see them for 10 days during our move from Michigan to California. It was a nice place, if you ask me. I thought about looking in to the Ellijay real estate market in Georgia. The homes here in California are massively overpriced. If I’m going to spend a lot for a house, I’d like to have one that is reflective of the price. Just because it is in California doesn’t mean it should cost twice as much as any other state. That’s probably why there’s a huge exodus of people moving out of this state and into its neighboring states.
