George Bush Is My Teacher

I have learned many things since George Bush has been the President of the United States. And, because I practice gratitude over vengeance, I would like to convey my thanks for all this 'good learning'.
Thank you, George, for demonstrating that a facade of ignorance will allow me to do things that integrity and mindfulness would disallow. I am assusming that you are not ignorant.
Unfortunately, this means that your presentation is a sly tom-foolery to achieve vague and often mis-spoken goals.
Thank you, George, for showing me that stress is not a problem. If I say it is not a problem, it is not a problem. So simple, yet so effective.
Oh, you acknowledge that there are problems now? Well, as long as you are not responsible for them, I guess that is alright. Still, no stress.
Thank you, George, for telling me that I am in danger. Grave danger, and that I should be fine with a decreasing amount of civil liberty. I wouldn't have known, even though I was very cognizant on 9/11 of the treachery that took place.
Oh. Terrorism is something that will never go away? Your approaches to this war, then, will be with us forever?
Thank you, George, for showing me that in the face of nearly all odds, it is possible to keep on keeping on. You have made it very clear that there is no need to give up.
I know. Spin, and deceit, and unfair powerplays have been helpful. Yet, it seems like all these styles of being have empowered you to become all that you can be.
Thank you, George.
