Game Reviews from the Female Perspective

Hi Everyone! My name is Aria, and I play games. Computer games to be specific. Yes, I am an addict. I think it all started way back when playing Super Mario Brothers on my brother’s Nintendo, and since then it has graduated to me being a full fledged gaming fanatic. At the moment I only play PC games, but who knows what the future holds for me and my gaming exploits. Someday I may actually splurge for an x-box or whatever the munchkins are playing now-a-days.

At the moment I’m playing World of Warcraft, The Sims 2 (with all the recent expansions including Open for Business), Black & White 2, and Fable. I’m always looking for new games and yet I’m fairly selective about what I play due to time constraints. After all, I am an adult with a full time job and a hubby to feed.

From time to time I will stray from talking about games and dive into other subjects that interest me (such as cooking, gardening, reading, and the like), but for the most part you’ll find that most entries are about games. Please feel free to bookmark my blog and return for future installments!

Guild Wars is good. It's got no online fees to play and the expansion pack just came out.

As for console games. Get an Xbox 360. The graphics are stunning and the online play rocks.

From one girl gamer to another, nice to meet you.

Yeah, I've thought about getting an xbox, but so far I haven't seen any games that interest me to purchase the system. Any suggestions? :)

We've also contemplated Guild Wars. Recently our WoW subscription has run out so we might give it a go sometime soon.

At the moment I'm enjoying offline games. I can stop any time and won't disappoint anyone for doing so. At the moment that fits my life to a T. :)

If you like RPG's Elder Scrolls: Obvlivion is great. It's sort of open ended but has a storyline too. I also love Dead or Alive 4 but I like fighting games too. I have Fable:Lost Chapters for the Xbox that plays on the 360 and it looks good too. Kameo is fun, if you don't mind cartoony games (which I don't). Not sure what else. Tried Condemmed but the realism was too much for me.

I just wrote a lengthy review of Fable, you should check it out! :) My hubby is picking up Oblivion for me, and I'm sure I'll write a review of that in the near future.
