Frozen Genoise

Relax have some Frozen Genoise

Frozen Genoise is kind of like frozen cream but I you use 1 cup half & half instead of creamer and melt in the sauce pot 8oz bag chocolate chips into the half & half mix in the same sauce pan until nice & melted and creamy and smooth. Than once genoise is ready let cool for about 10 minuets. Than let cool some more in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then Place in Freezer for an 1 hour or overnight or on the go.

Put into small Ziploc container before you put into Freezer.
