Frozen cream made with creamer is pretty simple. If I'm in a harry I'll pour the creamer in Ziplock container, and seal them up and put them in the freezer, and out the door, and it should be ready by the time get back. Now sometimes when I have a little bit more time I make the slow vertion. I get out my standmixer, pour the creamer in the mixing bowl, and put in the freezer for one to two hour, an take out and mix, and put back in the freezer for one to two hour an so on so on until frozen and creamy like ice cream.
The creamer that I like to use International Delight, it taste pretty good to me, really it's the only one that I've tried, and I like it because it has many flavors to chose from.
