ya know with as much as it cost to fly u would think people would tend to care about customer service my bags never get lost on a bus or have to worry about food when i buy my own or waiting in line up to 4 hours before ur flight to over pay be treated like crap and have to sit next to someone who does not keep to themselves it may be faster to fly but for the price ill take a private jet just to be treated well
