Today was my first day at my new job! I have been looking for some way to supplement my income. Currently, my husband and I own our own company, but it is seasonal. We have depleted the bank account over the winter months and I have been trying to find a way to make money from home. But as alot of other folks looking for some type of legitimate income over the internet, I have found nothing. A friend of mine works for a publishing company that sells advertising for Home Tour Programs in different districts of the city. She needed help, and I jumped on board. It is something that I can do from my own home, but there is alot of leg work and canvasing to do. That is what we did today, and it wasn't half bad. I even got to do some shopping! Out to eat for lunch, also something I don't do often. So all in all, not to shabby for my first real day on the job. Last month, before I knew about this opportunity, I took on putting together an ad book for a basketball tourney at our school. I made over 4,000.00! With no experience at all, I think that I may be able to handle this sort of thing after all. So this post would be a pat on the back for myself. Thanks for reading! Oh, and it would never stop me from writing in my blog, I don't know what I would do if I couldn't check my adsense account for a few beans once in a while ;-)
