So many people are looking for ways to work from home, to have the flexibility and income that can provide. Why is it that so many people seem to want to scam those people out of their money, and take advantage of their dreams?
I have been so burned by trying to find any legitimate information online about working from home. There are just so many predators out there trying to prey upon the hopes and emotions that drive people to look for this type of work in the first place.
And why is it that most WAHMs are so reluctant to share their information and help others to do the same? We could all learn so much from each other and not have to re-invent the wheel and suffer all the bad information out there.
To that end, I wanted to share information that I've found, in hopes others might do the same. Some of the better sites about working from home that I've come across, after sifting through MANY of them for umpteen hours online are:
www.wahm.com
www.wahmzone.com
www.craigslist.org
www.workplacelikehome.com
www.moneymakingmommy.com/no-fee-work-at-home-jobs/index.htm
Here's a link to a blog about spotting work at home scams that I thought was good: How to Spot Work At Home Scams
One thing that can help you search is for work at home jobs is to use the words "telecommute" or "telecommuting" in your search.
If you know of others you can share to help people find the "real" work at home job out there, please share - or comment on any of those I've shared that you may have had experience with. Thanks!
(In my next blog post, I'll tell you how I finally did find a way to make my work from home dreams a reality, and in my case, it WASN'T from a online source. BUT I do want to help others out there searching, like I once was, which is why I'm interested in finding and sharing information about legitimate opportunities.)
