Bureaucracy is an area where people usually surrender against manipulation. In many countries, the institutional machinery is a gigantic oppressor. Most of the institutions don't serve the public too well, but rather they’ll use you in a variety of impersonalized ways.

Particularly abusive is the government's monopolist bureaucracy, also featured by public service not commercial companies, and is due to a very simple reason: The government doesn't have competition and where competition doesn't exist, neither exist the concern that the person will look for their services elsewhere. You can apply different strategies against the big executioners erected as bureaucrats, but the own bureaucracy is extraordinarily difficult to fight, not to say that is almost impossible.

It is necessary to understand that many people need to commit to institutions with the purpose of feeling important. In consequence, you’ll never have to be dominated by anger. You should consider the relationships with those people like quests that don’t have anything to do with you. Don't build a mountain out of a grain of sand and mainly don't allow yourself to be dominated by anger. You should realize that for an institution you are only a number, a name, one face in the crowd. That person that is assisting you maybe has fallen into that tangle of what constitutes a bureaucratic organization and although he is about to help you, it is very little what he can do.

The only effective way in which you can get ready to avoid been manipulated by bureaucracy is not allowing that the anger dominates you, staying in control the most you can, realizing that it is not a personal matter. In these cases you are another victim of a bad administrative system, because this is what happens when dealing with big institutions that are constituted in monopolies. Monopoly is everything where there is no competition and if you are forced to deal with this kind of institution it is not much what you can do except a thing, not to let that anger takes control of yourself, not to allow that the situation hurts you emotionally.
