So I was looking at this news article today that was talking about how Fergie (singer) stays slim. Her secret? Vinegar.
I don't know if you've ever tried to swallow vinegar, but it's gross. It has a very, very strong taste. Fergie says after drinking two tablespoons, she notices that it cuts out her food cravings. Big surprise huh?
Fergie says to drink organic, apple cider vinegar. At least that is her secret.
In short, this really makes you wonder if it's worth trying. If it works, it would be!
