Fathers' Day: Orgasm, Sperm, & Such Things

deorre's picture

Thanks dad, for that orgasm you had back in the day. I hope Mom (may she rest in peace) enjoyed it too. She was likely more surprised than the mindless me that you opted for an absentee status from that point on. It’s all good, though. At least we share the transient bliss of your ejaculation. For the species, I always say.

It may have been helpful to have a man-mentor to show me how to be a man in the world. But, hey…you did your part. No shooting of the proverbial wad, no me. Right? Again, it’s all good.

And truly, I cannot thank you enough for the primal lesson of being a mindless sperm swimming up-stream, and all that that entails. Not unlike, I might add, a fish swimming contra-current to it’s own ‘for the species’ nature destination.

Just so you know, dad, I fought valiantly after you sent me off in your seminal fluid. I don’t even know how many other brawling sperm there were in my wave. More than I could count, if I could have counted…(good job, dad). I guess there is really no way for you to know this, but I was first to reach the ‘eggy’ finish line.

I hope that I have made you proud. Oh, and Happy Fathers’ Day.

No, No, Don't Forget the Father!!!

Only a week away. And, if you have had an absentee father all or most of your life, perhaps this biological tribute will fit the bill.

Brawling Sperm & Fathers' Day

Thanks Sharon. If that's all there is, then that is how I can be gracious.
