How does this work?

How this works is pretty simple. Google AdSense is a way to generate revenue by placing ads on a page that are (hopefully) relevent to the content. Each time a visitor clicks on one of the ads, you get money in your AdSense account. The amount varies greatly depending on the keywords in the content. Some clicks will only pay a few cents, while others will pay several dollars.

On each of your blog pages, a set of AdSense ads will be displayed. 50% of the time the ads will be using your AdSense ID, while the other 50% will be Blogger Party's or split between us and the person who referred you.

You must have an AdSense account to make money.

Why not just make your own website where you get 100% of the earnings, one might ask. Our job is to bring traffic to this website and to your blog. You can display as many AdSense ads across a handful of websites if you wanted, but if you aren't getting any traffic, you aren't making any money.

That's where BloggerParty.com comes in. No need to worry about creating your own traffic, trying to get into the search engines, and all that jazz. We'll do it for you!

What should I write about?

What you write about is completely up to you. Write about something that interests you or something you know a lot about. You could write about sports, or about a specific sport such as baseball. You could write about television shows, recent events, or even about food and recipes. There are some topics that will be more profitable than others, though. We'll have a list of higher paying keywords for our users soon.

What should I NOT write about?

Everything on this website must comply with Google AdSense's program policies. This means, your blogs should not contain excessive profanity (some is fine), and cannot be about hacking/cracking, illicit drugs, pornography, gambling, and any other illegal activity. Do not copy articles or spam. Accounts may be terminated without warning for plagiarism/spamming. An accassional post advertising your own products/services is permitted so long as the majority of your posts are not like this. Please clearly mark any such posts as an 'Advert'.
Please flag posts that you believe to be plagiarism or spam using the 'Flag this' Button at the end of each post. It only takes a small number of flags to disable a post allowing the community to clear the unwanted post immediately.

How often should I write?

Write as often as you want! Daily, if you can. Blogs often will have regular readers, and if you post daily, this is much more likely. If you can't post daily, post a few times a week. I would suggest generally not posting more than once a day if you have a blog on one specific topic. If you have a ton of blogs you want to write, you can save those up for those days you don't feel like writing. It's up to you, though.

How much can I make?

You can make a few dollars a month to a few hundred dollars a month. It depends on the quality of your writing, if what you're writing interests other people, and if those people are clicking on your ads. It takes a while to build, though. This website has only been up since January, so it will take a few months to get the real traffic coming in. Remember, you must have an AdSense Publisher ID in your profile to make any money!

How do I get paid?

You get paid through Google AdSense. Log in at www.google.com/adsense.
