I have a boss who is ... lets say ... we're not a good match. And I found this article above, thought it would help others out. :)

Man If this isn't exactly what I am experiencing at work. I had one boss who was a yeller ... and a bully. I have to say that these two are neck 'n'neck in the bad behavior department.

Well Well...I'm not doing a bad job after all

This is the third article of the above links. I'm experiencing quite a number of the symptoms listed here. Now If I were a hypocondriac (sp?) ... :) ... I"m not. I must say I"m quite thrilled to have found this site.

My boss ... idiot. Thank god. :) See now here's the thing. What I've been experiencing at work is felt by the whole office. So "in this" i have been lucky that the other women there also feel the effects of working with this person. They've told me "how he is" on various occassions, I notice a change in the room when he comes in to talk or do whatever ... not that is interesting. Isn't it? Well.. you know, time for a new job. I'm not there to recreate the wheel. I've been literally killing myself since I started there the s.o.b., I feel a lot better now that I've read these things. It's not going to change my situation in this moment but it has given me valuable insights as to what I've been dealing with. THANK GOODNESS!!!! I outta kick his arse ... I have been doing the right things! hmmph!
