[i]Today I am working on doing 30 minute walks. Which is hard for me. Its hard just to do any exercise since I really hate it. I need to do it to get healthy. Since I am seeing a Naturopathic Doctor a big part of getting healthy is exercising. I will start it today. My eating healthy is a challenge since I cant eat alot of things right now since I'm dextoxing my body and increasing my immune system. I have alot of stress and that increases my eating so hopefully the exercise will help with that. When I first started this a month ago I lost 10 pounds right off the bat, but now it's a little harder to loose the weight. I have to be patient and get out their. Wish me luck I will need it.[/b]
