I know the easiest way to burn fat is to run tracks or if you don't have time to run tracks then pretend you are running them in your livingroom. All you have to do is run a good speed for about 30 minutes a day to make sure you feel that fat burning all through your body. running is an all over body exercise. Another all over body exercise is jumping rope which shouldn't be hard for any body. You will feel your self working out with it plus feel the burning and see the sweat while doing it. How come every that finds it hard to break one work out move doesn't just do these two work outs I just listed. Trust me, you will be glad you took my advice :-)
