Duke Rape Case Has Blown Up Over Nothing

Now that the Black Panthers have invaded the Duke University campus, it is safe to say that the entire thing has fallen off a cliff. Where it lands is anyone's guess.

White young men, athetes, at a rich kid's university are accused of raping a stripper at a wild frat-style party.

There is nothing more to say.

But here's a prediction:

The boys did nothing criminal, the alleged victim doesn't remember enough of what happened to build any kind of a case against anyone, DNA evidence doesn't exist, timelines for the crime are muddied by skillful disclosures by smart defense lawyers, and ... the Black Panthers have already convicted the white kids.

Oh, what fun.

Of course, the Panthers wouldn't dare mention the many thousands of cases in which an African-American male is accused of -- and often convicted of -- raping a white woman.

Let's get the guns and just start the race war now. Yeah, Durham's a nice enough place to start. Bang, bang, you're dead.

Maybe we're all dead.
