Berryz Kobo's new single 'Monkey Dance'

These dresses, circia April 2007, are far better than the monkey suits in Berryz Kobo's latest PV on DohhhUp!.

YO's rating: B- | This rating is not aimed at DohhhUp! specifically, or the song, which is a great blues stomper by Berryz. But the costumes ... Lord, give us a break! The monkey outfits are horrific; you can almost smell them. As for the part-nightie, part underwear singing suits, it's reminiscent of many Berryz perfs where the outfits are just downright embarrassing, whereas °C-ute gets all the cool clothes. Poor Berryz. Through all this, the song is another great single, and I hope it sells despite the primal look.
