So I have had some crazy realistic dreams lately, and yesterday my therapist said maybe it is a way for me to work out problems with out any threats. Even if I failed, it wouldn't really be failing, only a bad(?) dream. Well last night I think I proved to myself exactly what I was thinking when she told me all this.
I am totally f*cked.
I had the strangest dream and there was no way I could control any part of it. And the fact that it was nearly impossible to figure out what insecurity or what have you had inspired it, I just felt even less in control.
I wonder if you really can change dreams and create a better reality for yourself?
