So I have done my taxes online for the past couple years. I have done them at H&R Block. It is extremely simple to do as the program walks you step by step through the entire process. It is inexpensive, I think $20 or less. And it is very quick. For a fairly simple return you can expect to finish in an hour or less and know very quickly exactly how much you will get back, or have to pay. Plus you can electronically file and not have to worry about anything else. Print out any forms you may need and pay by check or even pay by credit card to the IRS if need be. So if anyone is paying an accountant or someone to do their taxes and have a little bit of time and a little bit of a brain and a little bit of computer knowledge then try it out online and see how easy it is. Hopefully it will save you time and money.
