Does Detox Work?
After a month of working on a personal detox program, I've come to some conclusions. The pills my husband took did not work as well as my program of 'increased fiber and fruit.'
I took flax seed, increased by water intake to 2 liters a day, and increased my fruit intake. Within three weeks I was feeling better and more regular.
However, when I stopped the program my benefits deminished. I am not 100% sure if the program works. I haven't had anything gross to date. I am not ready to give up the program. I'll keep you posted.
